We live in an ocean of emotions so we must learn to swim! In my work in Emotional Liberation, it is valuable to become familiar with each difficult emotion whether it’s anxiety, anger, depression, sadness, guilt, self-doubt and all the shades thereof. In this way, you can avoid overwhelm and begin healing by identifying which emotion is knocking most loudly.
