Elevation Ceremonies (Public & Private)
My Cannabis-Optional Elevation Ceremonies pair cannabis (using various strains and types, based on an individual’s desire and experience and always optional) with ancient Eastern practices employing vigorous kundalini body and breath movements (we call them “kriyas”).
I guide on-going Ceremonies in Denver and also offer them for your special events.
I am preparing to launch regular live on-line Ceremonies as well so that you can participate from anywhere in the world and be in a virtual group setting from the privacy of your home.
If this is of interest I invite you to subscribe so that we can be in touch about that as this project moves along.

ANGER …. we know it mostly by its “expressed” personality. But it also comes in a bottled-up form, where anger is “repressed”. Maybe you blow-up over the slightest thing or you seethe through a clinched jaw and tightened fists. Neither is healthy – you’re either driving people away or driving yourself deeper into a dark hole. It can make life miserable. Learn how to see your anger for what it is and learn how to use it skillfully and to your benefit!

Join me in a careful, supportive, safe and legal exploration of this feeling that is so pervasive in our culture.
