Cannabis Consciousness: Legal, Safe & Sacred

Happy May!

I hope this finds you well and supported by kind and loving people.

I just got back from a week in Oakland where our beloved cannabis plant – along with all its other cousins in the psycho-active world – were front and center at the Psychedelic Science Conference. 3,000 attendees, 40+ countries  … and a mashup of motley enthusiasts, including me!

The organizer, MAPS, said it was the largest gathering of its kind exploring “the challenges and opportunities for psychedelic science, medicine and spirituality”.

There were only a handful of topics about cannabis among nearly 200 forums and breakout sessions. The conference mostly focused on, what I call, the “Big Girl” psychedelics: MDMA, LSD, psilocybin mushrooms, ayahuasca, peyote and more.

Nevertheless, cannabis was an enduring and ubiquitous presence at the conference. The most popular place during the event, I dare say, was the outside smoking lounge where you’d find a constant stream of folks toking, puffing and passing. In one late night event, a Zen Buddhist monk led about 60 of us in a cannabis-supported meditation sesh concluding with a gong bath.

Yes, it’s vital to discuss the Big Girl psychedelics as promising agents of psychic healing. At the same time, it’s our precious marijuana plant that’s riding the wave of accessibility for consciousness exploration.

So it’s with deep gratitude that I’m able to offer my Elevation Ceremonies here in the Denver area (and soon beyond). I hope if you’re in this neck of the woods you’ll join us now or in the future. My next one is Saturday evening, May 6th.

Also, I invite you to share your thoughts with me regarding the role of cannabis as a Spirit Plant in your life. We’re a growing community of explorers and I love to know how you’re dancing with the plant

With love,

I just wanted to say thank you for this fantastic website. I found it by watching one of your videos on You Tube.
I am based in the U.K, where we are so far behind in the understanding of what cannabis can do for you both physically and spiritually. It is still illegal and I have to hide my true feelings and love for the plant.
