Breathing was something I had no interest in for most of my life. Can you relate? I just knew that my body breathed me to keep me alive. I didn’t have to get fancy and didn’t really want to.
For years in attending work shops, seminars, yoga classes – you know – the whole nine yards, the breathing part was my least favorite. It was boring – breathing in and breathing out and staying focused on it. That is, until fairly recently, when I realized whipping up the breath was my ticket to emotional healing.
